Spa Guidelines - What to Expect

Appointment Times: 

Clients that arrive after their scheduled appointment time may have their service shortened as a courtesy to other clients. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

Cell Phones and Pagers:

We strive to keep a peaceful spa atmosphere for all of our clients. So please turn cell phones and other electronic paging devices off, or switch to the vibrate mode while in the spa.

 

Spa Menu :

Service selections and pricing get updated from time to time, and are republished in our brochures and on our website. Last update: 01/01/09.

 

Cancellation Policy:

General Individual Appointments - We ask a 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. As a reminder, we will call to confirm your appointment the day before.

Groups / Parties:  Bookings for private parties, groups of three (3) or more people, OR a total of  five (5) or more services require a credit card hold. 50 % of the total prices for the services booked will be charged if we receive less than 24 hours cancellation notice.

Paying by Check:

We will accept a check up to $100 with a valid driver's license for new clients. A $30 service fee will be charged to all returned checks marked unpayable.
